About the Group

OSG founder Kevin O'Sullivan has built a distinguished career spanning over forty years--including eight years as President/CEO of the American Society for Training and Development, the premier member service organization for professional trainers and performance improvement specialists worldwide. During the history of his business practice, Mr. O'Sullivan has worked with the best and brightest minds in the field of Human Resource Development. And it is from that pool of talent that the partners of the OSG team are drawn.
