Highlights of Past Activities
Assisted the global supply chain of a major U.S. corporation to focus on
strategic performance improvement as an on-going activity, utilizing a
performance modeling process; analyzing and capturing the knowledge capital of
the organization; creating performance models based on long-range goals;
assessing current performer skills and knowledge against the models and
building individual development plans in response; identifying barriers to
optimum performance and developing processes to remove them.
Facilitated creation of performance models and a total performance improvement process for a large government agency's Office of Human Resources and involving all personnel in the effort to ensure that performance improvement tools and competencies were transferred throughout the agency.
Created and facilitated a performance improvement workshop for a "big six" consulting firm; defining performance models for a wide variety of positions within the corporation; and building an accelerated performance improvement process for the entire organization
