Talents and Capabilities
Innovation and Change Management: Helping organizations infuse innovation and collaborative problem solving within daily operations, utilizing a proprietary methodology called The Team Innovation Method. The Team Innovation Method is designed for both incremental process improvement and quantum leap system solutions. A key premise of this new methodology is that organizations cannot change the status quo until they both identify and challenge those structures that keep the status quo in place. The Team Innovation Method is currently being used to accelerate positive change in major corporations, associations, and government agencies.
Leadership: Providing workshop facilitation for client leaders at every level, on topics ranging from creating a "learning organization" and self-directed work teams to the skills of delegation and motivation.
Team Building: Helping teams develop ways to improve communications and work processes to achieve extraordinary results, utilizing "appreciative inquiry" techniques and simulation exercises, as well as instruments such as FIRO-B and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
